- Drink up while it is still nice and warm

Take a glass of hot milk and add 3 tablespoons of water to the milk.
Grind 3-6 garlic cloves, and squeeze the garlic juice obtained, into the glass of milk. We recommend starting off with less garlic at first, and then gradually adjust the dose if you can handle more.
